Our Small Group Training sessions offer the perfect blend of personal attention and group motivation. Each training session will last about 50-minutes. A typical small group size ranges from 2-8.

Monday & Friday
6am, 7am, or 9am
Packages:
1x a week: 4 sessions a month: $140/month
2x a week: 8 sessions a month: $250/month
A-La-Carte: Drop-in rate: $40 per session
